The Flower Cart, a family-owned floral and plant shop, is situated in Baltimore City, Maryland. Fred and Joy Koletar founded the business in 1961, and it is now under the stewardship of Mike and Kerry Koletar, the second generation owners. With our main store located on Harford Road and another branch within The Johns Hopkins Hospital for over 30 years, we have been proudly serving the Baltimore community. While we import flowers from various parts of the world, we take particular pride in our strong ties with local flower farms in the Baltimore area, and we specialize in using locally grown products whenever possible. Our deliveries cover all Baltimore City neighborhoods and nearby counties, and our commitment lies in crafting exquisite designs and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers.
